Facts are when viruses attack human; they weaken soldiers (body cells) responsible for keeping your body ready to fight against infectious intruders.
If you help your body to boost its immunity by having a balanced diet, you will have empowered it to fight viruses itself without any medication.
Therefore, let us give our body:
- Proteins which help to repair body cells. These include beans, Gnuts, pease, milk, eggs, fish, chicken, meat etc.
- Carbohydrates which give energy to the body to fight against infections. They include maize, cassava, potatoes, millet, sorghum, rice, yams etc.
- Vitamins which give your body the ability to fight off infections. They include fruits and vegetables that are available in our environment such as mangoes, oranges, ovacado, pineapple, carrots, pawpaw, tomatoes etc.
- Protective foods which are fluids especially water that helps the body cells and the skin to be healthy.
In so doing, you will have equipped your body with enough protection mechanism against the infections including CORONAVIRUS.
